We provide free U.K. shipping on all orders £35.00 or over. Shipping days include Tuesdays & Fridays.

1. Who are Cocoa Avenue?
Cocoa Avenue is an online shop based in the West Midlands U.K. We specialise in handcrafted, natural vegan soaps and cosmetics that are also eco friendly and made from sustainable, plant based ingredients.
2. Are your products natural?
Yes all of our products are 100% natural, with organic ingredients used where possible.
3. Do your products contain preservatives?
None of our products contain parabens, with most of our products not containing any preservatives. Our Rise Body and Face scrubs, whilst these products technically do not need a preservative, they may get splashed with water. So in order to keep these products fresh, we have used an approved natural preservative, containing naturally occurring ingredients. This preservative is also approved by the Soil Association meaning it’s non toxic and environmentally friendly.
4. Are your products vegan?
Yes all of our products are vegan 🌱
5. Are your products suitable for the whole family?
Some of our products do contain essential oils which should not be used on babies or children. However our Shea Butter and Oatmeal and Coffee scrub soaps are both unscented soaps and safe to use on children.
6. Are your products safe for breastfeeding/ pregnancy?
Due to our products containing essential oils it is not recommended pregnant women use essential oils unless they have sought medical advice before hand. However there are unscented soap options, as listed above answer to question 6.
7. Are your products tested on animals?
No, none of Cocoa Avenue products are tested on animals and we are strictly against animal testing and cruelty.
8. Are your products good for the environment?
Due to our products not containing any toxic chemicals, this makes them very eco friendly, 100% biodegradable and therefore much better for the environment.
9. What packaging do you use?
All of our packaging is biodegradable such as soap labels and product labels. Or recyclable including our face and body care products, which are stored in glass jars, bottles and aluminium tins.
10. Are your products organic?
We aim to use as many organic and unrefined ingredients within our products as possible, this currently includes our coconut oil, shea butter and cocao butters.
11. What’s the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 1 year and recommend they are used as soon as possible, and within one year of opening.
12. What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is all done through Royal Mail currently, rates include £3.70 for next day and £2.95 for 2-3 day delivery. We provide free delivery on all orders over £35:00.
13. Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we provide wholesale soaps, however we ask our products to remain fully labelled in Cocoa Avenue original labelling and are ordered by the batch. Please feel free to contact us for further information for wholesale.
14. Do you take specialist orders?
Yes! Please get in touch to discuss this with us. Please bare in mind all orders will be custom made and therefore require ordering a minimum of 8 weeks in advance to allow for preparations and the standard curing time of 4 to 6 weeks.
